Preparare una besciamella con la farina, il latte, il burro e il ketchup. Disporre le fette di pancarré in una teglia e disporre su ogni fetta un uovo cotto in camicia. Versarvi la besciamella, spolverizzare con abbondante parmigiano grattugiato e passare sotto il grill del forno per circa 5 minuti.
