Sgranare le melagrane e mettere i grani in una pentola con un dito d'acqua; cuocere a fuoco lento finché la polpa rilasci il succo. Raccogliere il succo attraverso un passino fine. In un recipiente unire 1/4 di l di succo, 1/4 l di acqua, lo zucchero, e il succo del limone filtrato: mescolare delicatamente e trasferire nella gelatiera.
