Procuratevi un bicchiere adatto per questo tipo di cocktail (il più indicato è il tumbler, da scegliere tra il tipo medio, cioè 'old fashioned' o il basso). Per prima cosa, mettete nel bicchiere prescelto i cubetti di ghiaccio, poi versatevi il Punt e Mes, il Bianco Carpano e l'Apricot Brandy. Mescolate, decorate con la ciliegina al Maraschino e servite.
