Tritare, intanto, le carote e le mandorle e porle a parte. Montare i tuorli con lo zucchero, aggiungere la fecola, il succo del limone e il lievito, unire i bianchi montati a parte a neve ed il composto di carote e mandorle. Mettere in una tortiera unta ed infarinata e cuocere in forno a 180 gradi per circa 50'.
