In una terrina stemperare la farina con l'acqua e il sale fino ad ottenere un impasto abbastanza liquido, tanto da poter usare un cucchiaio. Mettere l'impasto a cucchiaiate nello strutto bollente, giratele più volte e toglietele dalla padella quando avranno assunto un colore bruno rossiccio.
