Lasciar ammorbidire il burro a temperatura ambiente, quindi lavorarlo fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo, unire i cetriolini tritati, amalgamando bene il tutto. Spalmare ora ogni fetta di prosciutto con la crema così ottenuta e adagiarvi sopra gli asparagi, precedentemente lessati, quindi arrotolare le fette di prosciutto ponendole in un piatto di portata e decorare con la maionese.
